At present REF employs 32 professionals in nine countries in sub-Saharan Africa, who share the following core values:

- Convinced that access to energy can accelerate socio-economic development, and access to energy can best be stimulated by facilitating commercial supply chains for renewable energy products;

The Foundation nurtures the development of its human resources by extensive training programs, international exchanges and intensive on-the-job coaching.
